01 Project Title

Intelligent Stockjoints system using AI algorithms for e-commerce integration, MCF logistics and product card optimization

02 Project Goals
  • 1

Creating an innovative StockJoints SaaS platform enabling multi-channel sellers to comprehensively manage sales on marketplaces (Amazon, Allegro, eBay, Kaufland, Decathlon) from a single place.

  • 2

Automation of key sales processes: inventory synchronization, order and return management, integration with couriers (DHL, DPD, FedEx) and ERP systems.

  • 3

Implementation of AI modules for margin/KPI analysis, listing recommendation generation, demand forecasting (SKU) and return logistics management.

  • 4

Transition from MVP to a commercial SaaS product ready for piloting and scaling in a subscription model.

03 Target Groups

The project is aimed at:

Multi-channel sellers – companies selling simultaneously on several marketplaces

Micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the e-commerce industry

Distributors and online store owners managing multiple channels

Companies managing returns and logistics in the Amazon MCF model

UX tests of the platform are conducted directly with SME representatives (3 rounds of tests, 6 users).

04 Project Tasks and Activities
April 1, 2026 – May 31, 2026
1

Technical environment preparation and preliminary project work

Purchase of workstations (Apple MacBook Pro M4 Max/36GB/1TB – programming and analytical). Purchase of software licenses: Claude Code, Windsurf Teams, code quality analysis tools. Launch of DEV/TEST/PROD environments in AWS cloud (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC). Development of project documentation: system architecture concept, API integration map, SRS requirements specification (MVP), high-level test plan and epic backlog.

June 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027
2

Development, integration and testing of the multi-channel sales system

Implementation of backend modules (Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, event-driven architecture). Integrations with marketplaces: Amazon, Allegro, eBay, Kaufland, Decathlon. Integrations with couriers: DHL, DPD, FedEx and ERP systems. AI modules: margin/KPI analytics, AI listing (draft + A/B), predictive logistics (returns, recommendations), anomaly detection. Advanced React user interface (desktop + mobile, WCAG 2). Access to LLM model APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini). Conducting 3 rounds of UX tests with SMEs. CI/CD pipeline implementation.

February 1, 2027 – March 31, 2027
3

Deployment and commercialization

Final deployment of the StockJoints system to the AWS production environment (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda). Configuration of security mechanisms, customer data separation and CI/CD automation. Quality, load, security and compatibility testing. Online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and sponsored articles. Cold calling to B2B e-commerce and logistics clients. Onboarding of first test customers and feedback collection. Start of platform commercialization in the SaaS model.

05 Project Effects and Results

Upon project completion, a fully functional StockJoints SaaS platform will be created comprising:

Backend modules: inventory synchronization, demand forecasting (SKU), margin/KPI analytics

AI modules: AI listings (draft + A/B), predictive logistics (returns, recommendations), anomaly detection and data reconciliation

Advanced user interface (desktop and mobile) consistent with hi-fidelity mockups

Integrations with at least 4 marketplaces and selected couriers

Complete API and database documentation; active CI/CD pipeline

Results of 3 rounds of UX tests with SMEs with recommendation reports
